After serving as the sports information director for the 2004 College World Series champion Cal State Fullerton Titans, Ryan left to pursue Stretch Internet on a full-time basis. (He figured there had to be some good way to put to use the 17 computers and 72 phone lines in his garage). In 10-plus years, he’s transformed Stretch into the largest streaming provider in all of collegiate athletics – with a footprint of more than 400 schools – while also extending the platform beyond athletics.
When he’s not focusing on ways to make Stretch partners even happier, you can generally find him spending time with his wonderful wife of 16 years (Lyndsay) or one of his three daughters (Lexi, Tessa and Grace). Ryan – a graduate of Concordia University in Irvine, CA – is a big Mets fan (so he’s generally grumpy between April and October) and loves to golf whenever humanly possible.
Hi, I’m Jordan. I’m so creative and unique that I’m doing a Superman pose for my headshot and writing my bio in the first person (this is a joke… might work, might not, but I’m committed to it now!). When I’m not feeding my media addiction or getting my geek on with a new gadget, you’ll find me overseeing the Support department at Stretch, a position I’ve held since 2011. Prior to joining the Stretch team, I got a front row seat (on many suspect buses) for a tour of the Midwest working as a broadcaster in the Central Hockey League for 4 years.
I will always stay loyal to my Colorado roots and steadfast in my support of the Avs, Broncos, Nuggets and Rockies, but I’ve found myself feeling more at home in Arizona with each passing year (winter has lost any meaning to me). I try to enjoy the AZ sunshine whenever possible, whether that’s playing golf (which can quickly ruin any weather), or spending quality time with my wife, Becca, and two kids, Charlie and Teddy. I firmly believe in kindness as a powerful problem solver, and I try to apply that when working with our clients.
J.D. Fox has been with Stretch Internet since August of 2010, and began his current role as Operations Manager in December of 2011. Most clients would recognize him as Stretch’s native A/V guru who provides custom workflow solutions for streaming for schools with budgets both big and small.
When he is not busy with reading about and reviewing new hardware and software for clients to use, he can often be found trying to come up with complex schedules and ideas for the various intra-office sports competitions (and his success varies greatly). J.D. also oversees many aspects of client management, including the creation of accounts, designing of GameCentral portals, and creation of PPV passports and season passes, while providing day-to-day management of many of Stretch’s internal systems and office infrastructure.
James manages and deploys Stretch Internet’s streaming servers. Alongside the public facing infrastructure he also provides internal office IT services. In addition, he also acts as a liaison with our software developers.
