Stretching into Summer

Hello Stretch-nation, thought I’d give you a quick update from the surface of the Sun Mesa, Arizona. Yeah it’s a little warm around these parts at this time of year, but don’t worry, we are off to beautiful St. Louis this weekend for CoSIDA where I’m sure the weather will be gorgeous and not at all mind-numbingly hot. Wait, there are other places that are miserable in the summer too? Awesome.

In all seriousness I am really looking forward to CoSIDA (it will be my first time there) and I’m excited for the chance to meet so many of our clients, most of whom I know only by voice. If you haven’t seen the details yet, we are having our annual client reception on Sunday night at 7:30. This year we will be hosting the event at Tigin Irish Pub & Restaurant at 333 Washington Avenue. You can let us know you’ll be attending here, and make sure that you swing by our booth to get your free drink tickets. We’ll also be going over some details of our new ‘Call of the Year’ promotion, which you definitely don’t want to miss!

Keep your eye on our Twitter feed during the exhibit hours as well, you might have a chance to win some gift cards. Or maybe not… but then again, maybe. So you don’t want to miss that chance.

Meanwhile, back at the homestead, Stretch is happy to be expanding our family again. We are currently in the process of bringing on an additional 2-3 employees for the upcoming year, as we continue to bolster our staff with the goal of meeting all of our clients needs. We continue to see growth, ergo we continue to add staff. Many of you will be talking on the phone with some of our new staffers this fall, and we are sure that you’ll find them as charming as we do. Stay tuned for updates down the road, we will be sure to have all of them post an introductory blog so you can get to know them a little better.

We also want to thank everyone out there who took some time out of their busy schedules to fill out our customer surveys. We are always looking for new ways to meet your needs, and your feedback is invaluable to shaping how our product looks in the future. We were very happy to keep our customer service satisfaction rating high – 97% of you gave us a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-5. That’s what gets us up in the morning… I mean that literally – sometimes we have to get up at 4:30 in the morning to monitor rowing, but that’s what top-notch service calls for occasionally… and so we get up early, mashing the dog’s head with our fist a few times before realizing he’s not the alarm, try to put our pants on without falling over, stumble to the coffee pot, brain still asleep we robotically pour scalding hot liquid down our throat effectively ending any hope of tasting lunch for the next week… and then we head into work. Based on the survey responses though, you guys recognize the hard work our support department puts in – as in burning our tongues. So thank you for your responses, we really do appreciate your kind words!

That’s all for now, I look forward to seeing/meeting many of you this weekend at CoSIDA (J.D. and Ryan are already there, I’m joining them on Sunday) and perhaps sharing a beverage at the reception on Sunday!

In parting, I dare you watch this all the way through… trust me it’s so worth it.
